Therapeutic Intervention
Our interventions are designed for children with disabilities or learning challenges ages 3 - 18 to develop the skills they need to lead a full life. Skills like tolerance, social skills, acceptance of others, personal responsibility, co-operative play or work, and readiness for community access.
We offer both afterschool and weekend programs. These services may be eligible for NDIS Funding. -

Educational Services
These educational services are designed to provide alternatives to mainstream education for children who are neurodiverse, gifted, or have learning challenges, including hybrid placements, home-school support, tutoring, and support for gifted children.

Vocational Training
This services is for soon-to-graduate or recent school graduates to support transitioning into the workforce. We can support individuals to work on specific skills, or overall workplace etiquite. Each program is tailored to the needs of the individual.
These services may be eligible for NDIS support.

Professional Learning
We offer a range of pathways for therapists and pre-service and in-service teachers to expand their skills working with neurodiverse learners. Find out about our internships, free professional learning, as well as school support and consultation services.

Early Intervention
Our early intervention program is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to support each child’s unique strengths, needs, and developmental profile. We focus on building foundational skills across communication, social interaction, play, emotional regulation, and early learning, using approaches that are responsive, engaging, and research-informed.
At Quadra, we believe that progress should be measurable and meaningful. That’s why our team uses data-driven decision-making to ensure every session is purposeful and effective. Goals are developed in close partnership with families and regularly reviewed to reflect each child’s growth and evolving needs.
Sessions are delivered by trained professionals in warm, structured environments that support consistency, safety, and joy in learning. Whether in individual or small group formats, our early intervention supports are designed to give children the best possible start.

After School Club
Our After School Club offers a vibrant, structured environment where children can connect with peers through shared interests and collaborative projects. Designed to foster social connection, communication, and teamwork, each session includes hands-on, engaging activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and friendship.
Children participate in ongoing group projects tailored to their developmental level and interests—ranging from STEM challenges and creative arts to storytelling, games, and collaborative play. Our trained staff guide social interactions in real-time, providing gentle support to build confidence, flexibility, and meaningful peer relationships.
Whether a child loves building, role-playing, crafting, or coding, the After School Club provides a place to belong, learn, and grow with others who share their passions.
