  • The Clinical Lead oversees the design and delivery of evidence-based programs across QUADRA. They provide clinical supervision, guide team practices, and ensure that supports align with each client's goals, NDIS requirements, and best practice standards in developmental and behavioural interventions.

  • The Lead Practitioner leads the learning environment, delivering individualised education and therapy programs with consistency and care. They implement behaviour support plans, manage session flow, and ensure that each participant is engaged and supported throughout their day. In collaboration with the Clinical Lead, they maintain program fidelity and guide team members in applying evidence-based practices.

  • Program Assistants work directly with clients to deliver engaging, structured activities and provide consistent support throughout the day. They assist with session preparation, supervise participants, and ensure that each child or young person is supported in a safe and responsive environment.

  • A Practitioner’s Aid supports the day-to-day implementation of therapy and education programs by assisting with material preparation, engaging students in activities, and ensuring smooth transitions. They assist the Clinical Lead and Lead Practitioner and play a key role in maintaining a positive and safe environment. This role is ideal for those beginning their career in disability or education and looking to gain hands-on experience.

  • QUADRA actively collaborates with researchers and institutions to bridge the gap between research and practice in neurodiverse education and intervention. We welcome partnerships that support innovation, implementation science, and the development of evidence-informed approaches that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.

We have active collaborations with Chautauqua Learn and Serve Charter School.

  • We believe that high-quality support should be accessible to all families. QUADRA offers a range of funding options, including NDIS billing and scholarships. We also seek grant funding and community partnerships to provide financial assistance where possible. If you can support us to make services more accessible please let us know how.

  • Our mentoring pathway supports emerging professionals in behaviour analysis, education, and allied fields. We offer structured guidance, skill development, and opportunities to work alongside experienced practitioners in real-world settings. Whether you’re pursuing certification, placement hours, or professional growth, QUADRA provides meaningful learning experiences grounded in best practice.
